Dispute Resolution Policy

Effective Date: October 6, 2025

1. Informal Resolution

· Contact support@myownprice.com.ng within 3 days of issue.

· We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve within 7 business days.

2. Formal Mediation
If unresolved, escalate by requesting mediation. We will appoint a neutral, Nigerian-licensed mediator. Both parties share mediation cost equally.

3. Arbitration & Litigation
If mediation fails, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Federal Republic of Nigeria. Venue: Lagos State.

4. Governing Law
These policies and any disputes are governed by Nigerian law.
