Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 6, 2025

1. Auction Bid Cancellation

• Bids are final and cannot be withdrawn. Bid responsibly.

2. Order Cancellation

• Winning bidders may cancel within 24 hours of auction close only if payment is not yet processed.
• To cancel, email support@myownprice.com.ng with your order reference.

3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are granted only when:

• Item is lost in transit.
• Item arrives damaged or not as described.

4. Refund Procedure

1. File a claim within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
2. We evaluate and, if approved, initiate refund.
3. Refund issued via the original payment channel within 5–7 business days of approval.

5. Fee Deductions

• Platform fees are non-refundable. Only the item price and shipping fees are returned.
