Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Overview
MyOwnPrice handles all warehousing, packaging and shipping for items you win. We do not rely on third-party sellers.

2. Shipping Methods & Timing

· Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

· Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available).

· Dispatch occurs within 3 business days of confirmed payment.

· You will receive tracking details via email/app notification once shipped.

3. Shipping Fees

· Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination.

· Free Standard Shipping for orders above ₦50,000.

4. Return Eligibility You may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:

· Item is damaged or defective.

· Item received materially differs from auction description.

5. Return Process

1. Submit a return request via support@myownprice.com.ng with photos and description.

2. We issue a prepaid return label within 2 business days.

3. You drop off at the designated courier.

4. Once received and inspected, we process a refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

· Items damaged by buyer misuse.

· Change of mind (unless item defective).

· Perishable goods (if any).

7. Refund Timeline

· Upon receipt and inspection, refunds processed within 5–7 business days.

· Refund credited to your original payment method.
